Pickled mushrooms - 1 can
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Ham - 300 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Mayonnaise or yogurt - 200 g
Green onions - 1 bunch
Salt - a pinch

I suggest making a simple homemade salad with pickled mushrooms and ham for dinner or a festive evening. The minimal set of ingredients makes this salad inexpensive, and the pickled mushrooms add flavor to the simplicity.
Salad ingredients.
Boil potatoes and eggs and cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Peel the eggs, as well as finely chop the potatoes.
Cut the ham into the same cubes as the previous ingredients.
Now we collect the salad in layers on a plate. The first layer is sliced eggs, salt.
The next layer is chopped potatoes, salt and pour over with yogurt or mayonnaise.
Layer the sliced ham.
Chop the green onions and lay them on top of the ham. Brush with yogurt. I used frozen green onions.
Put the pickled mushrooms in a colander and drain the liquid. Put honey mushrooms in the last layer.
