Red Sea salad is tasty and bright, so named because its components are predominantly red. This salad is very close to the "Diplomat" salad, but it contains red bell pepper, thereby changing the taste of the salad. The cutting of the salad itself also matters: all the ingredients are cut into thin strips. This salad is suitable for both everyday cuisine and a festive table.
For the salad, we need a tomato, red bell pepper, crab sticks, hard cheese, garlic, salt and mayonnaise.
Cut the tomato and bell pepper into thin strips. The pepper in the salad should not dominate, so it is better to take it in an amount approximately equal to that of a tomato.
Add hard cheese grated on a coarse grater and crab sticks cut into strips to the salad bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the salad and squeeze the garlic through a press. Season with salt and stir.
The salad can be served either in portions or in one salad bowl. You can decorate if you wish.
