Simple meat salad with mushrooms borrowed from Chinese national cuisine. Contains: boiled beef, pickled mushrooms, cucumbers.

Boiled beef - 200 g
Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon or to taste

If there is a ready-made, i.e. a pre-cooked piece of beef, then the Chinese Shandong salad is prepared quickly, as they say, in haste. Only two more ingredients are needed: pickled mushrooms and fresh cucumber, as well as garlic. For salad dressing, just soy sauce is enough.
The salad is hearty and tasty.
For Shandong Salad, prepare the ingredients as listed.
Cut the beef pulp, previously cooked and cooled, into cubes.
Cut a fresh cucumber in the same way - into cubes.
Add pieces of pickled mushrooms to these ingredients in a bowl. Season with soy sauce and stir.
Shandong salad is ready.
When serving, sprinkle a serving of salad with chopped garlic.
