I suggest you a simple festive salad "Delight" with Korean carrots, which will decorate any meal. The salad looks beautiful if prepared in portions using a forming ring. You can also make it in bowls or small salad bowls. I cooked 2 medium portions of salad, but you can calculate this amount for 4 people.
For the salad, you need to prepare the products from the list. I cooked chicken fillet in advance.
Cut the champignons into cubes.
Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper at the very end.
While the mushrooms are fried, cut the boiled fillet into cubes.
Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes.
Put the forming ring on a plate, put half of the chicken fillet, the rest will go to the second serving. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out half of the mushrooms, you can not grease them with mayonnaise. Squeeze the mushrooms a little, leveling the surface.
Then put half of the sliced cucumber, add a little salt. Brush the cucumber with mayonnaise.
Top with Korean carrots.
