Ingredients

Funchoza - 200 g

Squid - 4 carcasses

Carrots (small) - 2 pcs.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Funchoza is a type of spicy salads that can be prepared with any type of meat, fish or even just vegetables. Today's recipe is with seafood, or rather squid.

Squids have a peculiar taste (not everyone likes them), but those who like them will like this funchose. This salad can successfully replace dinner, you can take it with you to nature or serve it on a festive table.

Let's prepare products for funchose with squid.

Wash squid well. Get rid of the viscera and the chitinous plate, if any. To make the squid clean well, I pour boiling water over them for half a minute. The photo shows how the skin is curled up. Then just wash it with cold water.

Cut the squid into strips.

Cut the sweet pepper and cucumber into strips. Grate the carrots on a special grater.

Heat a frying pan with oil, add seasoning and hot pepper. Let's warm up a little.
