Step by step recipe with photo
This is a very simple and incredibly delicious salad made with squid and fried onions. You can fill it with mayonnaise or sour cream of your choice. Very little dressing is required, since the squid with onions will be pre-fried.
Prepare the food you need. You will need squids, onions, eggs.
Pour water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Throw bay leaf, allspice and peppercorns into it, salt the water. Leave the water to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Throw the squid into the water and cook for 30-60 seconds (counting from the moment the water boils). Then turn off the heat. Place the lid on the pan and let the squid sit in hot water for 15 minutes. Squids cooked in this way are soft and not "rubbery" at all.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cut into strips.
Remove the finished squid and cut into strips.
Fry the onion half rings in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped squid to the onion and cook for 1 minute.
Transfer the squid and onion to a bowl and leave to cool. Add the chopped eggs to the cooled squid. Season with salt to taste.
Add quite a bit of mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix well. Salad ready!
Enjoy your meal!
