Today I suggest you prepare a hearty and delicious salad - "Pomegranate Bracelet". There are several recipes for preparing this traditional salad, today we will cook with chicken and without beets. Of course, this salad is not at all dietary, but sometimes you can still diversify your diet with it. The ingredients are all well-known, simple, pay attention only that the pomegranate is sweet and, preferably, pitted.

So, to prepare the Pomegranate Bracelet salad without beets, we need the following ingredients. I had frozen chicken breast, I used half in the salad, the weight of the finished fillet was 150 g.

First, boil the chicken breast, cool and cut across the fibers.

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and rub on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onion in a little vegetable oil.

Boil the eggs, cool and grate.

Let's clean the pomegranate, take out the seeds. I have a pink pomegranate, pitted, very sweet.

Crush the walnuts in a mortar.

Grate fresh carrots.

So, almost all the ingredients are ready, let's start shaping our salad. We put a glass wrapped in cling film on a plate.

Put the potatoes in the first layer, apply mayonnaise.

Put the apple on top of the nuts, brush with mayonnaise.

And the last, most elegant layer - pomegranate seeds. Take out the glass. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
