Sooner or later, each of us thinks about healthy eating. I just recently decided to try my hand at vegetarianism and give up eating meat and fish.
This, a fairly simple recipe for a vegetable salad in pita bread, was shared with me by my friend from the Internet, who is also not alien to healthy eating. The vegetables in this salad contain all the necessary composition of vitamins and trace elements for the daily diet. I use Armenian lavash, yeast-free.
Ingredients:
Finely chop the cabbage.
Grate carrots on a fine grater.
Fold the cabbage and carrots into a large serving dish. Season with salt to taste and squeeze the vegetables with your hands.
Chop the tomato and cucumbers finely.
Chop green onions and dill. You can use garlic instead of onions, it all depends on your taste.
Put all vegetables in a dish with cabbage and carrots. Season the salad with aromatic vegetable oil and mix well.
Lavash can be cut into small squares and lettuce wrapped in them. It turns out to be a very tasty, healthy and nutritious dish.
