In this salad, only seaweed brings in the sea motif, but it goes very well with various vegetables, giving the salad a special piquancy and enriching it with iodine so necessary for our body.
To prepare the salad, you need to take fresh white cabbage, pickled seaweed, red bell pepper, small fresh cucumber, green onions, unrefined sunflower oil, sugar and salt.
Finely chop the white cabbage and grind with salt.
Remove the stalk and placenta with seeds from the pod of sweet pepper, cut it lengthwise into four parts, and then cut each quarter across into thin strips.
Wash green onions, dry and cut into thin rings.
Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 4 pieces, and then chop each quarter thinly across.
Combine prepared vegetables with seaweed and sprinkle with sugar.
Stir the salad, season with sunflower oil and stir again.
