Like all seafood salads, this salad is delicious thanks to the optimal combination of squid, eggs and crab sticks. There are not many ingredients in the salad, so you can experiment with the composition - try adding finely chopped ham, or a handful of canned corn, garnish the salad with green onions or parsley. You can use both whole foods and canned foods for equally delicious results.
To prepare a crab salad with squid, we need ingredients, as in the photo: crab sticks, mayonnaise, chicken eggs, squid, ground black pepper and parsley.
First of all, boil hard-boiled eggs, then cool under cold water and peel. The squid must be thawed, washed and peeled, and then boiled in boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Place the squid in boiling water.
Let the squid cool, peel off the films, remove the chitinous core. Then cut them into strips.
Also cut the crab sticks into strips.
Chop the eggs into slices and add to the squid and crab sticks.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley before serving.
