A simple salad of rice noodles and boiled chicken breast, perfect for lunch or dinner, every day.
Funchoza - 100 g
Chicken breast fillet - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
Bulb onion - 1 piece
Sweet pepper - 1 piece
Cucumber - 1 piece
Green onions - to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves;
Rice vinegar - 1-2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
Ground ginger - a pinch
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Black and red ground pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe with photo
Sometimes you want something unusual. Today we will prepare a magnificent, spicy and spicy salad according to the Korean recipe - from funchose with cucumbers, garlic, onions, carrots, chicken and sesame seeds.
Wash and peel sweet peppers and onions. Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into cubes.
Wash carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.
Fry onions, peppers and carrots in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.
Pour boiling water over funchoza for 5 minutes, then discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Cut the cucumbers into strips, as in the photo.
Chop the green onion finely.
Boil the chicken breast and nip in small pieces into the dish that we will use to make the salad. Add all the previously prepared ingredients and season the salad with vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar. Add garlic squeezed out with a press, salt, black and red ground pepper, chopped ginger, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Stir the dish thoroughly.
Funchose salad is ready, can be served as an independent dish or with hot meat snacks.
