I really want to share my favorite salad, I confess that I can eat a plate of such salad for lunch instead of the first and second and be happy.
Have you ever tried the combination of Chinese cabbage - crab sticks - apple - corn. Try it. This is one of those salads that you want to repeat. It is light, with sweet and sour notes. Why tell? Make it and tell us whether you liked it or not.
As I began, for the salad you will need: one apple (which one to choose - sour or sweet? What's between … sweet and sour! The main thing is that it is juicy.) Crab sticks, corn, pineapple and the main ingredient - Beijing cabbage.
The apple should be cut into thin strips, and the cabbage should be finely chopped.
Cut the crab sticks into strips.
We open cans of canned corn and pineapple. Add them to the salad without juice.
The final touch - salt to taste and season with light mayonnaise. I also added black pepper. Slight spiciness will not hurt the salad. Mix everything gently and you can serve the salad to the table.
