Easy to prepare flaky salad is a spectacular and tasty dish that can decorate both festive and everyday tables.

There are a wide variety of salads with the addition of canned pineapple. Their sweetness goes well with meat components and mayonnaise sourness. I suggest trying a combination of ham and pineapples and making an elegant Krasnaya Polyana layered salad.
Before preparing the salad, put the pineapples on a sieve so that the syrup stacks, we clean the eggs from the shell, we free the ham from the shell.
Cut the ham, eggs and pineapple into the smallest possible cubes individually. We put the sliced pineapples back on a sieve in order to finally get rid of the syrup, otherwise unnecessary liquid will form in the salad at the bottom of the plate.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them on a sieve too.
For convenience, we put mayonnaise in a cornet made of parchment - this is more convenient to apply mayonnaise to layers of salad.
We start assembling the salad. I placed a pastry ring on the serving platter so that the shape of the salad was even. If desired, you can install a ring from a split form or not install anything, but carefully lay out the layers, forming a circle.
At the bottom of the dish (inside the ring), squeeze the mayonnaise out of the cornet, drawing a mesh. I have not smeared the mesh, the mayonnaise will be evenly distributed under the weight of the ingredients.
Next, lay out the ingredients evenly in layers in the following order:
ham - mayonnaise - pineapple - mayonnaise - eggs - mayonnaise - cheese.
You can season each layer with salt and pepper to taste, but I had enough salted ham and cheese so I only seasoned a layer of pineapple and eggs.
Each layer of the chopped ingredients is lightly tamped with a spoon before applying the mayonnaise mesh, the mesh can not be smeared.
We also compact the cheese layer a little, leveling the surface, cover the salad with a film and, without removing the rings, put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to stabilize.
The salad is ready for decoration. Carefully remove the ring, decorate the top of the salad with cherry halves, laying them tightly to each other. We make the edging of greenery. Krasnaya Polyana salad is ready to serve.
Tomatoes do more than just decoration here. They also give a slight sourness by soaking the cheese layer with their juice.
