Green beans salads with seafood are always very popular on the festive table. They are tasty, healthy, low-calorie, look beautiful on a plate, and also healthy. The green bean and mussel salad is one of my favorite green bean salad options. It is eaten with pleasure by both girls and boys, so it can be prepared for gatherings with girlfriends, and for a bachelor party as a snack.

First of all, the mussels and beans need to be thawed, the onions must be peeled and washed.

Be sure to remove the remnants of algae inside each mussel, wash off the remnants of sand and shells, put on paper towels, dry.

Cut the onion into half rings, preferably sweet.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the chopped onion for a few minutes until soft.

Add mussels, fry them together with onions for 2-3 minutes, no longer, do not forget that these mussels are already pre-processed, usually boiled. Remove the mussels and onions from the pan and cool.

Boil water, add salt, add green beans. Cook the beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain immediately the water in which the beans were boiled, fill with cold water, add ice. This will keep the beans crisp and retain their color. After another 3-4 minutes, discard the beans in a colander, let the water drain completely.

Transfer the beans to a deep bowl, add the mussels and onions. You can add minced garlic clove if desired.

Add lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad. The seeds can be pre-fried for taste and aroma, I buy already fried.

Stir the salad and let it marinate for a while, soak the beans and mussels with all the dressing flavors. The salad with green beans and mussels is ready.
