This salad with mushrooms and chicken is ideal for a festive table or a surprise for your beloved family. All its ingredients are perfectly matched to taste. Chicken meat in this salad can be replaced with beef or turkey, depending on your taste preferences. Serve in a shared salad bowl or in a serving bowl.
To prepare a salad, we need the simplest ingredients available in every refrigerator - chicken fillet, eggs, canned corn, carrots, onions, vegetable oil, parsley, mushrooms and mayonnaise.
Pre-boil the chicken fillet until tender, about 20-30 minutes over medium heat. Then we cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, and three eggs on a coarse grater.
Onions can be cut into half rings, and carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.
Fry onion and carrots lightly in butter.
We clean and cut the mushrooms into slices, I used champignons in this recipe, but you can take mushrooms for example.
Fry the mushrooms in oil in a pan.
Combine eggs, fillets, onions and carrots (without oil), mushrooms (also without oil), corn (drain the liquid from the jar) in a salad bowl. Season the salad to taste with mayonnaise.
Salad with mushrooms and chicken is ready, you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
