Avocados do not appear on our table very often, although not deservedly. This unique fruit can be eaten just like that, scraping out the oily pulp with a spoon, but most often salads are made with it, to which it gives the most delicate taste. However, one should not forget that this is the most nutritious fruit! I suggest making squid salad and avocado and corn.

To prepare the salad, you need to take fresh or frozen squid, ripe avocado, canned corn, mayonnaise, refined sunflower oil, dry vegetable seasoning with salt and parsley. Instead of fresh squid, you can use canned ones.

Carefully process the squid, removing the remnants of the entrails and hard plates, rinse and immerse in hot water for 3 minutes. Wash off the curled skin.

Dip the carcass in boiling salted water, boil for no more than 3 minutes (counting from the beginning of boiling) over low heat, cool without removing it from the broth, and chop into strips.

Put the squid in a frying pan with heated oil, sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, fry until lightly browned and cool.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, spoon gently with a spoon so as not to damage the peel, take out the pulp and cut it into small pieces.

Combine squid, avocado and corn, separated from the pan.

Season with mayonnaise.

Stir the salad.

Fill the avocado rind with squid salad and garnish with parsley sprigs.
