Perhaps this salad does not pretend to be photogenic, but this does not detract from its special piquant taste. An unusual combination of crab sticks and smoked fish makes this dish a festive one, an excellent snack for spirits. Perceptible smokiness is diluted with eggs, which add tenderness to the salad. Greens add a special charm, which along the way and vitaminize it.
To prepare the salad, you need to take hot smoked fish fillets, crab sticks, onions, chicken eggs, mayonnaise, dill or parsley and salt.
Pour the eggs with hot water and boil for 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boil of the liquid, and then put them in cold water for 2-3 minutes, dry, peel and cool. Separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the whites.
Grate the yolks on a fine grater.
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
Finely chop the crab sticks across.
Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then chop each half into thin half rings.
Combine fish, crab sticks, onions and proteins.
Salt the mass to taste and season with mayonnaise.
Stir the mixture.
