Herring and egg salad with mustard dressing is perfect for an everyday breakfast or dinner with potatoes or boiled rice. Such a salad is quite simple to prepare, and it does not require special skills. If you wish, such a salad appetizer can also be offered for a festive table, thereby diluting the menu.
Prepare the necessary set of products for the salad.
Dismantle the slightly salted herring into two fillets and cut into the desired portions.
Finely chop the parsley and green onions. Tear the lettuce leaves onto a plate and add the parsley and onion mixture.
Boil the eggs and cut into quarters.
Place the egg quarters on a green pillow.
Mix sunflower oil with lemon juice, black pepper and French mustard.
