You can't think of anything easier than salads made from canned food - I was convinced of this from my own experience! You open the cans, cut the ingredients, put everything together, refuel and you're done!

In the cod liver and corn salad, I, in addition to the main ingredients, added boiled rice and fresh cucumbers left after dinner - but these are not at all required components. Instead of them, you can put pickles, boiled potatoes or eggs, crackers in a salad - here your imagination is not limited! For me, the combination of fish and rice is familiar, and cucumbers make the dish more vegetable, moreover, spring and colorful.

For salad dressing, I did not use fatty sour cream or mayonnaise, but took vegetable oil. However, in this case, everything also depends on your taste: perhaps dressing with mayonnaise will be more suitable for a festive table.

So, to make a salad with cod liver and corn, we need the following ingredients.

Cut the cod liver into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. The liquid remaining in the jar need not be drained in order to add a small amount to the prepared salad after cooking.

We cut the cucumbers in the same way as the liver. We send to a bowl.

You will need to cook rice in advance. This can be done the day before or just before preparing the salad. Rinse half a glass of rice and cook, stirring occasionally, in a glass of water for 15-20 minutes. You will get roughly a glass of boiled rice - just let it cool before adding to the salad.

Add corn. The liquid from the can must be drained.

Mix salad with cod liver and corn. If you plan to eat the whole dish at once - salt, pepper and season immediately. If you are going to send it to the refrigerator, then do all of the above before serving.
