I am glad to bring to your attention a healthy salad with tuna, feta cheese and quail eggs, which my daughter loves very much. However, there are a lot of options for this salad, and each is delicious in itself. I myself am also a lover of such salads, and lately I have been preparing them more and more often. It is a pity that tomatoes are now completely tasteless, but in the summer you can cook such a salad all the time. I used tuna in oil and did not add oil to the salad separately. If you take tuna in your own juice, then additionally you need to take olive oil for dressing.
Prepare all the necessary products from the list. Quail eggs need to be boiled for 3 minutes.
Rinse and dry green lettuce leaves, tear them with your hands and place on a plate.
Put half of the tuna on top of the leaves.
Cut the tomato into slices, spread it on top, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into rings, add a pinch of sugar and salt, sprinkle with apple cider vinegar. Peel the quail eggs. Put the rest of the tuna and halved eggs on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle a little oil from the jar on top.
Then put onion rings on top.
Cut the feta into cubes and arrange gently on top. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the top of the salad. Also, pepper the salad.
A delicious and healthy salad with tuna, feta and quail eggs is ready, you can serve it to the table.
Enjoy your meal!
