Red cabbage is especially useful in winter when the body lacks vitamins. Did you know that, unlike its white relative, it contains 4 times more carotene and 2 times more vitamin C. Red cabbage salads always turn out delicious and unusually beautiful, due to the fact that it conveys its beautiful shade to other vegetables. Today we will make a light vitamin salad from it.
Chop 300 grams of red cabbage finely. Wrinkle your hands several times.
Peel the silver onions and cut into thin quarter-rings.
Cut the tomatoes into small wedges.
Chop the cucumbers finely.
Grind the radish, it will give our salad a little spiciness.
Finely chop the dill and cut off a quarter of the lemon.
Put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, season with unrefined fragrant vegetable oil, sprinkle with lemon quarter juice, salt to taste and mix well. Before serving, our vitamin coleslaw should stand for a while, literally 20 minutes.
Serving such a salad is best with the main course, I had chicken with rice.
Enjoy your meal!
