The holiday of March 8 is approaching, and you are probably looking for some interesting salad for the holiday table. I have a salad that is very original in taste, in which fatty cod liver is perfectly combined with sweet and juicy peach. This salad will surprise your guests and will please them to their taste. Preparing a salad with cod liver and peach is quite simple, and the main thing in it is the availability of the necessary ingredients.

If you boiled the eggs in advance, then the time for preparing the salad will take even less. In 5 minutes, a delicious and unusual dish will be ready. So, boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.

If you don't have red onions available, no big deal. Regular onions will do. The onion must be very finely chopped: the smaller the better. But do not turn it into gruel in a blender, otherwise the salad will taste bitter. Add onions to eggs.

Now remove the cod liver from the oil and cut into medium slices. Add to salad.

Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
