Hearty liver salads have been and remain popular. There are a lot of variations of such salads. To prepare the salad, use a liver of your choice: chicken, beef or pork. You can add foods such as beans, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, fresh or pickled cucumbers, green peas, etc. to liver salads.

We wash the liver well. If the liver was frozen, then defrost it in advance. We remove films, ducts, fat accumulations and once again rinse with water.
