Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.

For a lean diet and for lovers of legumes, I propose a recipe for a simple and tasty salad with canned beans, carrots and onions.
Take the products on the list indicated.
We drain the liquid in which the legumes were located. Shred onions (two colors are possible) and carrots, chop a clove of garlic.
Saute onion slices with garlic in refined oil for a couple of minutes.
Add carrot straws. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until softened.
Mix with beans, salt and pepper to taste.
Salad with canned beans, carrots and onions is ready. Serve warm or cooled. Enjoy your meal!
