A wonderful filling and simple salad for a variety of home meals. The salad uses fried chicken and pickled mushrooms.

Chicken, mushroom and ham salad can be prepared for lunch or dinner. The salad can be supplemented with any side dish, be it rice, potatoes or pasta. In my version, I combined fried chicken and pickled mushrooms, but you can, for example, fry mushrooms with onions, and use boiled chicken - it will also be very tasty. Such a salad can also be prepared for a festive table.
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list for the salad.
Cut the chicken fillet into 2 halves, rub with salt and pepper, as well as any spices you wish. I added dried thyme. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides. We don't need all the fillets for the salad, take as much as you need according to the recipe, use the rest for other dishes. Cool the fillet after frying.
Put the eggs to boil. To do this, pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and carefully lower the eggs. Cook them for 10 minutes. Then put the eggs in cold water, cool.
Cut the ham and pickled mushrooms into strips. Fold into a bowl.
Cut the cooled chicken fillet into strips.
Peel and cut the eggs into strips. Chop the dill.
Mix the ingredients, add salt and pepper, and mayonnaise.
Mix the almost finished salad with chicken, mushrooms and ham, transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Delicious!
