Hot pork - 200 grams;
Kiwi - 2 pieces;
Eggs (quail or chicken C2-C3) - 6 pieces;
Soft goat cheese (or feta) - 8 teaspoons;
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons spoons;
Orange juice - 4 tbsp. spoons;
Granular mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Salt.

I really like unusual and original salads and salads according to the ideas of my friends, and this one is exactly both. I used purchased boiled-smoked pork, I think it would be delicious with pastroma, ham or, alternatively, with chicken. If you have orange-mustard sauce, pair it with mayonnaise for dressing, or make the orange juice and grainy mustard variation in my recipe.
Prepare pork, eggs, kiwi, lettuce, mayonnaise, orange, and grainy mustard.
Boil the eggs.
Wash the lettuce, pat it dry and place a layer of leaves (leaf pieces) on a flat dish.
Add the diced kiwi and pork.
Cut the eggs into halves.
For dressing combine mayonnaise, granular mustard, olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper, stir.
Add soft cheese to the salad and pour the dressing over the eggs.
The original salad is ready.
