Boil meat, potatoes and mushrooms. Peel the onion.
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the meat into cubes.
Fry the onions in butter until soft.
Add mushrooms and fry with onions. Set aside to cool the mushrooms.
Cut the cucumber into cubes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, stir.
