I like to cook "Village" salad in the cold season, when the season of vinaigrette, pickled and salted vegetables, mushrooms comes. However, in summer it is no less tasty and can already appear on your table during dinner as a full-fledged dish or as a side dish for meat. Delicious, hearty, piquant, with a slight pungency and freshness in taste - all this is about the Village salad. If you have pre-boiled potatoes, then it will take you no more than 10-15 minutes to prepare the salad.
We will prepare the necessary products.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
Also cut the pickled cucumber into cubes.
Cut the pickled mushrooms into pieces. I like it bigger, you adjust the size of the mushrooms at your discretion.
Chop green onions and dill, add black pepper to the salad, salt if necessary (however, do not forget that mushrooms and cucumbers are already salted) and aromatic vegetable oil.
Stir the salad, serve immediately.
