The women's holiday is approaching and the arrival of spring is more and more felt. As a rule, the most spring flowers are presented on this day: daffodils, tulips, snowdrops. I suggest preparing a refreshing salad for March 8 and decorating it with daffodils. The composition of this salad does not include fish or meat products, but it is still very tasty and juicy, and thanks to the design it takes on a festive look.
To prepare the salad, we need carrots, eggs, a bunch of green onions and dill, canned corn, hard cheese and mayonnaise. Eggs should be pre-boiled and peeled.
Grate carrots and cheese on a medium grater. The carrots in this salad are used raw, they add juiciness to it.
Leave some green onions for decoration, chop the rest into a salad. Chop the dill.
Add corn and chopped boiled yolks to a bowl. Leave a little yolk for decoration.
Make daffodil petals from proteins. I think the photo clearly shows how to do this.
Chop the remaining proteins and add to the salad. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Put salad in a salad bowl, smooth the surface. Lay out the petals of the daffodils so that you get flowers. Roll small tubes from boiled carrots and insert into the center of the flower, sprinkle with yolk. Make stems and leaves from chives.
Enjoy your meal!
