I would like to bring to your attention the "Carmen" salad, which you can prepare for a hearty lunch or dinner. If you boil rice and chicken fillet in advance, then the dish can be prepared in a matter of minutes. This salad combines all the necessary ingredients for a healthy diet: chicken breast, rice, vegetables. The salad is complemented by a delicious spicy dressing.

Bake bell peppers or fry in a pan.
Put hot peppers in a bag, then peel and seeds, cut into strips.
Pre-boil the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
Cut the olives into 2 pieces.
In a salad bowl, combine boiled rice and green peas.
Prepare the dressing. To do this, lightly beat the olive oil, wine vinegar and mustard with a fork.
Stir all the ingredients of the salad together and season.
