With this salad I want to congratulate all the lovely girls, women, mothers, grandmothers, sisters and of course my fellow cooks! Be always loved and happy, and may there always be spring in your hearts! I offer you a delicious refreshing salad in the form of a vase of flowers. And since it is spring outside, then a bunch in a vase of spring flowers: tulips, daffodils and mimosa. For me personally, it is always important to decorate the salad with those ingredients that are contained in the salad itself and I very rarely violate this rule. So this time, all the flowers are made from the ingredients that are in the salad.

To prepare the salad, we need crab sticks, fresh cucumbers, carrots, eggs, green and onions, fresh dill, canned corn and mayonnaise. Cook carrots and eggs.

First, I propose to cut out all the flowers from the necessary ingredients, and crumble the rest into a salad so that there is no excess left. Cut off the red part from the crab sticks and cut diagonally. 3 pieces will go for one tulip. In the process of forming flowers, you may have to cut something somewhere, but I think the principle is clear. Cut the layers from the cucumber with a peeler and cut out the tulip leaves.
