I propose to cook a delicious and satisfying flip salad with champignons. Such a salad was probably prepared by every hostess. There are a lot of cooking options, I offer one of the simplest options. The salad is perfect for every day and for any holiday.
Take these products to make a salad with champignons.
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
Cut a fresh cucumber into small pieces. Add canned corn and chopped cucumber to a salad bowl.
Cut the smoked chicken fillet into small pieces, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
Now we form the salad. Choose a suitable shape to keep the bottom flat. I have such a small saucepan. Place the marinated mushrooms with their caps down on the bottom. Sprinkle with a generous amount of chopped dill or other herbs.
