The Mushroom Glade salad has many different variations. Such a salad always looks very festive and relevant for any celebration. Today I propose to cook a variant with ham and cheese. As a rule, such a salad is prepared like a changeling, that is, the layers are laid out in some container in the reverse order, and then the salad is turned over on a flat plate.
To prepare the Mushroom Glade salad with ham and cheese, you must immediately prepare the necessary products from the list. It is advisable to cook potatoes, carrots and eggs in advance so that there are no hiccups in cooking.
Place the marinated mushrooms, caps down, on the bottom of a suitable salad bowl. Try to choose so that all the mushrooms are the same.
Chop the green onions, set aside a little for serving, and cover the rest of the mushroom layer.
Further, all layers must be coated with mayonnaise, so that they do not disintegrate when turning. Also, the layers need to be well tamped. Put the grated hard cheese on top of the green onions.
Then grate the eggs.
