Chicken liver salad with pineapple and cheese is a great snack on weekdays and holidays. Delicate chicken liver goes well with canned pineapple, cheese, green onions and garlic. It is the latter that adds spice to the dish. And even if you are not very fond of this spicy vegetable, then it will turn out delicious without it. Preparing a salad is quick and easy.
In addition to the ingredients already listed, you will need: sunflower oil, mushrooms, salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise or mayonnaise with sour cream.
Wash chicken liver, remove fat and ducts. Cut into two or three parts. Pour sunflower oil into the pan and add the liver. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until tender. It will take about 15 minutes.
While the liver is in a frying pan, three grated any hard cheese.
Wash green onions and chop finely. Add to the bowl to the grated cheese.
