I want to share a simple recipe for making Korean vegetable salad from zucchini, carrots, peppers and onions. The salad turns out to be very tasty and spicy, it can be served as an addition to the main dish, or as a cold snack.

Prepare vegetables for salad. Zucchini or zucchini are best used young, with a soft crust and no seeds. Wash the zucchini, wash the pepper and remove the seeds, wash and peel the carrots. Peel the onion and garlic. Wash and dry the greens.
