In Crimea, this salad is quite popular. In our family, it can be prepared, for example, for lunch and it will be considered the main course. In terms of the composition of the ingredients, it includes both meat (always chicken) and vegetables. It doesn't matter which piece of chicken you choose - breast or leg, the salad will be delicious in any scenario. Why is it called "Heap"? It's simple. Most likely, the inventor of the recipe has collected all the remaining products after some holiday in a heap, and so it turned out "Heap".

Peel potatoes (2 pcs.), Wash, cut into strips. Deep-fry like regular French fries.

Cut three boiled potatoes into cubes. Place on the bottom of the plate. Mix one boiled egg with mayonnaise, put on top of the potatoes.

Boil the chicken breast (leg), cool. Break into large pieces. Tear the Chinese cabbage leaves into pieces.

Arrange the torn chicken and Chinese cabbage in the next layer. Squeeze the mayonnaise out of the bag with "dots" evenly over the layer.

Cut hard-boiled eggs into large pieces. Lay them out on top.

Cut the pickled cucumber into large pieces, put on the salad. Top with a layer of mayonnaise.

Place the chicken pieces. Place French fries around the salad. Lunch salad is ready. Agree that nothing is needed for such a salad, it has everything: the side dish, and meat, and vegetables.

PS: About the salt. If chicken meat is boiled in salted water, then there will be no need to add salt to the salad. The salt in mayonnaise and pickles will suffice.
