On the eve of the New Year holidays, each hostess is looking for recipes for new and interesting salads that will delight, surprise and bring taste pleasure to family and guests. Tiffany salad is a rather original dish with an unusual taste. It combines the sweet and sour taste of grapes and the salty taste of other components.

In the classic version, "Tiffany" is made from curried chicken fillet, and the use of smoked breast is a kind of interpretation of the original version. In my opinion, smoked notes fit perfectly into the composition of the dish. Tiffany salad with smoked chicken and grapes is laid out in layers on lettuce leaves, each layer is smeared with a small portion of mayonnaise. In addition to grapes, the highlight of the dish is walnuts, which are pre-crushed into crumbs.

Be sure to prepare this salad for the celebration, and it will become the centerpiece of your table.

Lightly rinse the lettuce leaves under running water, dry them completely on a cloth towel, then lay them on a flat plate in several rows, fluff them with your hands.

Cut the smoked chicken into medium-sized cubes, place on top of the leaves. This will be the first layer of the salad.

Draw strips of mayonnaise on the chicken. Mayonnaise and its ingredients do not need to be pressed down, the salad should be fluffy.

Boil the eggs in slightly salted water, cool, peel the top layer, chop with a fine fraction grater. Cover the chicken layer with egg shavings, also cover with mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese in the same way, place on top of the eggs, brush with mayonnaise.

Place the walnut kernels in a blender container, chop into crumbs. In order for the nut mass to be soft and slightly moist, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil during grinding.
