Seashell salad is a delicious festive salad using any seafood. It is perfect for a romantic dinner or any other occasion. For the salad, I chose squid and garnished it with red caviar.
There are not many ingredients in the salad, but they go well with each other: squid, green apple, eggs, hard cheese, mayonnaise and red caviar.
The squid should be completely defrosted and immersed in boiling water for half a minute, then cooled, removed from the foil and cut into cubes.
Peel the apple of seeds and skin, grate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put squids on a shell-shaped plate, apples on top, make a mayonnaise mesh.
Grate the eggs and put them on top of the apples, make a mesh again.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the eggs, covering all gaps. Apply mayonnaise on top and smooth it out gently with a fork.
Decorate the top of the salad with red caviar.
