Sauerkraut and pickles are typical winter products of Russian cuisine. Many families try to stock up on both. When there are such blanks in the house, the winter will not seem boring, because you can cook many delicious dishes from them, from salads to pies. The salad I presented is a real winter salad, containing many vitamins and nutrients, so in winter it just needs to be included in your diet.
Prepare sauerkraut. If it is too acidic, then it can be rinsed with cold water and squeezed properly.
Prepare pickles.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces.
Add pickles to cabbage.
Cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
Add bell peppers to salad bowl.
Cut the onions into thin slices.
Add onions to the rest of the salad.
Finely chop the dill, add to the salad bowl.
Add sugar, black pepper, sunflower oil.
Mix the entire contents of the bowl gently.
Sauerkraut salad is ready.
