Almost all summer I dine on vegetable salads. It's a nice thing when the garden grows its own vegetables, salad and many different greens.
Even a schoolboy can cut and season the salad. This is not difficult.
If you add a meat or fish component to a salad, then it will immediately become satisfying and nutritious. I like to add pieces of chicken or liver, baked pork or fish to salad.
Today I will show you a variant of a vegetable salad with red fish. For a salad, you can fry or boil it. In the evening I had a piece of fried chum salmon, and I put it into action.
You can season the salad with your favorite dressing. I make an oil based soy sauce.
Pick the lettuce leaves into a plate. Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices.
Cut the radish on top.
Cut the fish into cubes.
For dressing, combine butter, soy sauce, mustard and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salad.
Sprinkle an almost finished vegetable salad with red fish, black pepper and herbs.
