The salad with smoked sausage and beans is very satisfying, especially the strong half should like it. This salad can be served in two flavors. If served immediately, then all ingredients should be mixed with mayonnaise. If mayonnaise is excluded, then the salad should be insisted in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours. In both versions it is very tasty, but in the second it is more useful.
To prepare the salad, we need smoked sausage, eggs, carrots, onions, canned beans, garlic and vegetable oil.
Cut the smoked sausage into thin strips.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent.
Boil the eggs and grate. Combine with smoked sausage and fried onions and carrots.
Add beans and minced garlic.
Mix everything thoroughly and fill with vegetable oil. Leave to infuse in the refrigerator.
Serve the salad with rice, potatoes or pasta.
