To prepare the salad "Mimosa" with cod liver, take the products from the list. Wash vegetables and eggs, boil until tender, cool.
Peel the finished vegetables and chicken eggs. Open a can of cod liver oil, drain the liquid.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, put on the bottom of the dish in which you will serve the salad. Lightly salt and pepper the potatoes.
