Salad with cabbage, sausage and peas is a variant of a salad that is easy to prepare, but it turns out delicious and satisfying. It is advisable to use good smoked or semi-smoked sausage for this salad, ideally salami. Both canned and fresh boiled green peas will do.

Chop the white cabbage thinly.
