Instant pickled cabbage with peppers is a great snack for your table. It is prepared from a simple set of ingredients, and you can taste it after 3-4 hours.
In addition, such cabbage can be prepared for future use, since it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
Serve this appetizer (salad) as an independent dish or as an addition to any side dish, meat or fish.

Chop the white cabbage into thin and long strips. Place in a large saucepan.
