I suggest you prepare a salad in the form of a tear-off wall calendar. I always prepare such a salad for the New Year's table, or rather not the salad itself, but in this themed design. You can cook any salad, but I'll show you how to make it using this recipe as an example. The salad will decorate the festive New Year's table, reminding in its design that it was January 1.
In order for the Calendar salad to be smooth and neat, it is better to lay it out using a mold, but when I did it for the first time, I just trimmed the sides with a wide knife. This time I decided to make a changeling salad. The main thing is to find a suitable box or container.
Cover the container with cling film to make it easier to remove the salad later. Divide the boiled eggs into whites and yolks and grate separately. Place the whites on the bottom of the container and brush with mayonnaise.
Then put the grated cheese and grease with mayonnaise again.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. If it is very juicy, then remove the pulp so that the salad is not watery. Chop the sweet onion. Place the tomatoes and the onions on top. You can not grease with mayonnaise, the layer is already quite juicy.
Dice the turkey fillet, put on top of the onion, brush with mayonnaise.
Put the boiled rice in the last layer. You do not need to lubricate it. Use a spatula or a spatula to level the surface of the rice so that it does not deform when turning.
Then gently turn the salad onto a platter.
