A salad with boiled potatoes, peas and sausage, decorated with radish in the form of violets, may well serve as a decoration for any spring festive table, for example, March 8 or Easter. The most important thing in this recipe is the design, the salad itself can be anything to your taste, in my case it was Olivier. So let's get started.
We will need such products.
My potatoes and eggs were already boiled. Let's clean and cut them into cubes. Sausage too.
Cut the cucumbers and eggs too. Leave some yolk for the salad at the very end.
Mix everything, add peas and mayonnaise.
Take a deep cup, put the salad into it. Tamp it slightly.
Turn the cup over onto the platter, knock lightly and remove the cup.
Remove the cup and coat the sides of the salad with mayonnaise. We spread the cracker on the sides.
Put fresh basil leaves around the edges, as in the photo.
Wash the radish and cut it very thinly, you can use a vegetable peeler. And we spread flowers from it. Put the grated yolk in the middle.
