Tuna Rice Salad is a delicious snack salad to make for breakfast or dinner. Moreover, it is quite possible to serve it as an independent dish for a light snack. This salad is prepared without mayonnaise, it is replaced by a dressing based on sunflower oil, mustard and boiled chicken yolk.
To prepare the salad, we need boiled rice, eggs, tuna for salads, green onions, olives, mustard and sunflower oil.
Put boiled rice in a bowl, add canned tuna.
Boil eggs, peel, set aside one yolk. Cut the rest into cubes. Cut the olives into slices. Chop green onions.
Add eggs, onions and olives to the tuna rice salad bowl.
Mash the yolk with a fork, add mustard and sunflower oil, grind thoroughly.
Mix the dressing with the salad.
Serve salad with tuna and rice right away by transferring it to a small salad bowl.
