I propose to prepare a simple and vitamin salad, which contains only three vegetables - lettuce, cucumber and pepper. The salad is flavored by dressing and sour feta cheese, salt is offered to be adjusted to taste. Preparing a salad is very simple, we cut vegetables and put them on a dish.
Ingredients:
Rinse iceberg salad or any other salad, tear with your hands and put on a plate.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and add to the salad.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Chop the green onion with sharp feathers, chop the rest of the greens. Sprinkle the salad with herbs.
Prepare the dressing. To do this, combine olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Add spices and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Arrange the feta pieces and mix gently. Serve immediately.
