Before, I never paid attention to offal, the only thing that was bought was the liver. And how wrong I was. Try making a salad with a heart. It doesn't matter what kind, veal, lamb or beef. The taste will be almost the same.

From the products you need to take potatoes, eggs, red onions and lettuce. We will season the salad with mayonnaise and black pepper. Try chopping up a mint leaf, the salad will take on a special flavor.

The heart must be boiled in salted water. The heart is brewed for about an hour. Therefore, it is better to cook it in advance. Cut the chilled heart into strips.

Cut the lettuce.

Boil potatoes, as usual, "in uniforms", cool and peel. Potatoes in a salad are also cut into strips.

Peel the red onion and cut into half rings. Sprinkle with salt and mash lightly to let the juice drain. Cut the boiled eggs into large pieces.

Add black pepper and finely chopped mint. Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Once I tried adding chopped chilli to a melo salad. The salad turned out like a "light", spicy and piquant. Garnish the salad with chopped hearts and a sprig of mint.
