A distinctive feature and originality of this salad lies in the fact that all the ingredients are laid out on a large round dish in the form of petals. The salad is dressed and mixed with mayonnaise or sour cream, just before you start your meal. Seven-flower salad has many different varieties and names. I want to offer you my own version, I think this combination is very tasty!
So, cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Then we spread it on a napkin to eliminate excess fat.
Rub the carrots. We need to do this on a fine grater, straws.
Cut the onion and pour boiling water over it for a couple of minutes. Cut the boiled beets into cubes, cucumbers too.
We take the dish. We put the glass in the center and spread the vegetables, carrots and onions in heaps.
Then pickles, beets, peas, meat.
The potatoes must first be deep-fried, and then blotted with a napkin and added to the rest of the vegetables.
We remove the glass and lay out the mayonnaise.
We mix the salad already at the table, with guests. Season it with salt, you can also serve it.
